Constant old reminders showing up and disappearing every time i sync my pda.

Reminders for appointments and scheduling keep showing up whenever i
sync, and then quickly disappear.
The split second glimpse i get for these appointments, i can see that
they are for old appointments that don't exist anymore in my schedule,
what should i do? Scheduling and reminders that i see in the future
seem to be completely fine though, they prompt and don't go away until
i hit snooze or dismiss it.

What should i do??? :(

Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanreminders switch.  If you need help
using Outlook command line switches, look here:
