I'm sure Outlook use to automatically hyperlink an email adress or URL. Now
it won't and I don't have a c lue what to do. Even the options to insert
hyperlink were greyed out n my tool bar and now they are gone completely. Can
someone tell me how to fix this?

Hyperlink insertion is available if using Word as the editor.  Hyperlinking can be achieved one of two ways:

mailto:me@here.com or me@here.com depending on your version of Outlook, mail format, and whether Word is used as the Outlook editor.  Ensure you use the space bar after inserting the address.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Millie asked:
