Ok so I am working for a company and am now on multiple mailing groups. Every
time I am sent an email from a person that decides to send an email out to
different mailing groups and I happen to be on 4 or 5 of those different
mailing groups. Is there a way to stop me from receiving 4 or 5 emails of the
exact same thing from that person? Or is there a way to stop them from
sending that same email that many times to people.
Basically if I am being sent an email from a college and my email address is
in more than one mailing group, is there a way to stop me from getting that
email more than once?
If anyone has any ideas or have simular problems let me know!
Thanks
That is not not Outlook issue but an issue at mail server level. Exchange
for instance can identify that you are addressed more than once in the same
email and will only deliver a single copy.

Ok thanks I thought as much. Would you know of how I could somehow get our
mail server to do this?
Were using SquirrelMail, or at least the information that I need to be
looking for to solve this problem.
thanks
