Hi There

Outlook 2003
===========

I have around 10 folders in my Personal Folders List (including Inbox and
Sent Items). If I export my Personnel Folders to a given location, it
creates a file called "All Folders".

1) Is this really backing up my 10 folders within Personal Folders? (file
size 2GB) I can not open it to see them and verify this. All I see is a file
named "All Folders".

2) If my machine failed, but  I had a copy of "All Folders", how would I get
the new machine to read the 10 folders contained in this file?

3) Is "All Folders" backing up my contacts?

4) Is "All Folders" backing up my Calendar?

Any help offered will be highly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Adrian
