Text missing from a reply e-mail

This happens with the same people mostly those with Bellsouth.  I have Comast
and they tell me this has nothing to do with it.  When someone replys to an
e-mail I send I get back my e-mail  text and their typed "reply" text is
missing.  II have no problems recieving an e-mail directly from them, they
just can not use the Reply button.  It is not known if they are also use
Outlook.   Has anyone heard of this and have suggestions????

I also want to add that sometimes the "reply text" come as an attachment in
the form of "reply.dat".  When i open this there is nothing there .
