You can block domains or individual addresses. Not sure what sort of group
you're looking to block
My boss gets about 100 misc. emails a day that he would like to block. That
is the group I was referring to....

That's going to be rather difficult. How do you propose to block 100 random
messages per day? :-)
What version of Outlook are you using? Have you considered a 3rd party
anti-spam solution like SpamBayes?
