When I receive an email with a picture imported below the text all I can see
is a white rectangle with a red X at the top corner.  Does anyone know if
this is just a setting or not?
Thank you very much!

Hello Joe,

The problem may be due to un trusted senders. Can you please answer the
following queries?

1. Are all the pictures in all the mails that you receive are being blocked
or they are being blocked from any particular domain?
2. Which Outlook Client are you using?
3. Have you enabled the contacts as trusted in your mail client?

I shall wait for your answers to these queries before we can move on to
troubleshoot your problem on this.

With Best Regards,
Tushar Singh
