Help is appreciated in the following: When sending and receiving using Outlook, my number of messages is increased by 4 even if my Outbox is empty. My ISP returns with 553 error as if there were messages to be sent but got timed out. Microsoft's "Troubleshot 550, 553 and relay-prohibited error" does not seem to help! Could those be stuck read receipts?
