It seems Outlook is getting stuck in read-only memory after closing it from a
session in which a given profile was being used. When I tried to open the
application again, using a different profile, I am unable to do it. The only
solution I have found to this problem is to go to Task Manager and manually
close OUTLOOK.EXE. After I do this, I am able to open the application again
in a way in whcih it allows me to open a different profile. Any help to
overcome this problem would be welcome.
