All of a sudden, Outlook does not remember any of the passwords for the POP
accounts.  How can I fix this?

Hi Steve,

your Outlook version is?
your Windows version is?
Do you use Outlook with Exchange or as local installation with a PST file?

Have a look on this site :

"Outlook 2002 prompts you for a password for an e-mail account that has a
saved password"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/281791/en-us

Maybe it helps.
