Does Outlook label any junk email as [SPAM]? I have been using the Safe
Sender option with no luck. I am wondering whether it's left over from
another anti-spam program that I removed. I know it's not my current
anti-spam (McAfee) because I coded it to test it and it's not coming from
there.

No, it doesn't. Outlook doesn't label that which it considers spam, it just
files it in Junk E-Mail (if configured to do so). It is some plug-in or
another causing it. What version of Outlook?

It could also be a spam filter on your mail server.
