Ouch, Brian. That hurts. I'm just trying to replicate functionality. To
simplify the question, I just mentioned one exchange account and one POP3
account. I seriously have dozens of POP3 accounts that I have to manage
continuously. All POP3 accounts use Exchange to send mail. If I have a
message that comes to one of my POP3 accounts and need to reply to it, I
would like Signature A to be the default. If I have a message that comes to
a different POP3 account and need to reply to it, I would like Signature B to
be the default. This is easily accomodated in Outlook Express. How do I do
it in Outlook? I have licenses to Office XP and Office 2003 and Office 2007.
I'll pick any version you recommend. Please think "out of the box". Is
there an Outlook "solution"? Thanks for your patience.

It wasn't intended to hurt. Sorry.

I believe I already stated that. Per-account signatures can be set up on
Tools>Options>Mail Format for OL 2003 and, while I'm not at my OL 2007
system right now so I can verify, I think it's in the same place. You MUST,
however, set up a default signature for EVERY account, even if it's nothing
more than a single space character. OL 2002 and earlier don't have
per-account signatures.
