I can't see the email that I have sent in my sent box

I can't see the email that I have sent out in my sent email folder. Is there
a way to fix this? I know when I have used my windows life email program is
hows me all the email I have sent so is there a way of fixing this?

What version of Outlook are you using? If you go to Tools | Options |
E-mail Options is Save Copies of Sent Items in Sent Items folder checked?

I'm using outlook 2007 and yes the save copies of sent items is checked but
have no sent mail in my sent mail folder.

I have it set so I can see it, and it will tell me how may emails there are
but I can't open the folder to see what I have sent?

Any help would be great.
