Protect Email Messages

I want to send an email to a distribution list but I want to protect the
content - like you would protect a word docuement - so that changes cannot be
made to it.

I have tried sending a word document but for some reason it keeps resizing
the page.

Open to any suggestions ...

Nope, you get no control over the recipient's host.  If the user can
see it, they can whatever they want with it.

By the way, the password in a Word doc can be removed.  It was never
intended for full-blown security.
