Hi there

I have the ame issue as this lady and wonder if you can help.  Evertime I
load up Outlook it asks me for my paswords for each POP account again.  I put
in the passwords and tick ave to pasword list.  I chck in my accounts to see
that they have been updated, and they have.
I then close down outlook and when re-opening the passwords ha gone again.

HELP!!!

I am using Outlook 2002 and Windows Vista.

All has been OK for 2 weeks and this problem just started 2 days ago.  I did
download something caled bearshare on the same day and I wonder if that woul
be the reason.

Thanks very much for your time

The issue that you have with Outlook 2002 is a known incompatibility issue
with Outlook 2002 on Windows Vista that most likely won't be addressed since
Outlook 2002 is out of mainstream support (mainstream support for Office
applications ends about 5 years after launch).

Note that as long as you keep Outlook 2002 open it won't prompt you for the
password.
