how do i change screen brghtness affected by fluorescent light?

how do i change the brightness of the dell d620 to NOT be affected by
fluorescent lighting

The brightness and contrast settings are probably adjusted through the FN
(Function Key) on the keyboard and you'll just have to play with them.  That
said, this newsgroup is for Microsoft Outlook support.  If you have hardware
questions about your Dell laptop you should probably contact Dell support.
