Do I have an Outlook setting that needs changing?

Can't say at this level of detail. You might want to check your AutoArchive
settings;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> AutoArchive...

Thanks for responding.  AutoArchive was clicked on.  Could it be a setting in
my mail server or would it be an Outlook setting?
Thanks

AutoArchive is an Outlook option and has no relation to your mail server.
You must have enabled it by accident.
