I have a brand new Dell Inspiron Desktop running Vista Home Premium and
Microsfot Office 3007.  My Outlook was working fine and then it stopped
functioning .  Everytime I open it and try to receive mail it stops working.
the online repair just closes it down.  I have uninstalled the entire office
and reinstalled with same results.  I couold really use some assistance.
Thank you. Ralph

What is being logged to the Event Viewer regarding this?
Start-> type; Event Viewer
Windows Logs-> Application Logs; check for errors logged by Outlook

Do you use Cloudmark Desktop (spam filter) by any chance? If so, go to
their website and download the latest version 5.2.1
