sharing outlook data between 2 machines (desktop & notebook)

I am running Office 10. Is there an easy way to get the changes I make within
Outlook (calander, contacts, etc.) from my notebook to my desktop (and vis
versa)?

Are you using exchange server?  If so, the easiest way is to keep everything
on the server, not in pst files.
