This week I went from being able to double click on the FAX.Tif attachment in
an email from my fax server to getting an error message "Can't create file:
FAX.Tif. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then
click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permission for the
Folder."  I have full admin permissions and I can't figure out how to change
the setting that somehow got twisted.  I've also tried to save as and get the
same basic error message only beggining with "Cannot save attachment."
followed by the same error as above. I have tried to restore my system to
before the error began showing up as well as reinstalled my office 2003,
still to no avail.  I'm at my wits end at this point.

You may be experiencing issues with Outlook's Secure Temporary Folder.  Try
navigating to this folder and deleting it's contents.

Attachments remain in the Outlook Secure Temporary File folder when you exit
