We have a few users (out of 20,000) that have begun to notice a flicker on
their notebook LCD (DELL D620) when using Outlook 2003. The flicker seems
to occur every few seconds in the message pane.
Any thoughts on this?

Tried updating their video card drivers already? Also verify their screen
resolution and refresh rate settings.
