Thanks for the suggestion.
Yes, I'm using Outlook Connector to connect to MSN.
I went through the installation process again but have the same problem.
Shouldn't the "Favorites Folder" mirror my MSN account once I add it to the
"Favorites Folder?"
Thanks in advance.
There is no "mirror" here; it is the same folder. Or are you saying that the
Folder List shows the correct number of emails and the Favorite Folders
doesn't?

Thanks for your continued assistance.
I think I'm getting closer, but I'm still not there. (I just figured out
that I needed to add my MSN Inbox to the Favorite Folder - I didn't realize
that I needed to add each sub-folder. I thought that adding the MSN account
to the Favorite Folder would take care of the Inbox, Outbox, Sent, etc.)
My goal is to have Outlook open to my MSN Account Inbox. I have now added
my MSN Inbox to the Favorites Folder, but now Outlook wants to open my
Personal Folders Inbox first. All I want is for Outlook to open to my MSN
Inbox and I'll be a happy camper.
This seems like such a simple task - maybe it's just me.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Favorite Folders doesn't has to do anything with your default startup
folder. For this use;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> Advanced Options...-> Startup Folder

Robert:
Thank you very much - that was it - you hit the nail on the head.
I never would have figured that out on my own - I thought that was the
purpose of the Favorite Folder.
Once again, thanks and have a great weekend.

Neih, Favorite Folders is there for easy access to folders you often use;
saves you from scrolling and searching in your folder tree ;-)
You're welcome and enjoy your weekend! :-)
