went to view in outlook 2003, using windows xp and selected sort sent messages by "sent to" however on ly seems to sort based on who sent the message. What can be done to correct this problem Yes, that means you are looking at the From field and not the To field. If you can't get your view back to normal, press the Reset Current View button.
