Does anyone know MS offers a free orientation on the use of Outlook to
companies?  We are interested in fine tuning e-mail to help our efficiency
(e.g., how to incorporate flags, voting buttons, etc. into the office
procedure).  I tried e-mailing MS Customer Service, they replied stating to
call MS Corporate, when talking to MS Corporate they couldn't transfer me to
anyone - even after I described what I was looking for - without a name, so I
got nowhere and now I'm back to square one.

Thought I would try this discussion group for ideas.

I don't know of any free consultancy on email use other than the website
training programs;
