How do I changed the modified date to equal the recevied date in Outlook
2007 using Exchange 2007.  My modified date has been affected as we just
conducted a migration, therefore, archiving is failing due to the incorrect
modified date.

Thanks

You don't.

If you need to archive, either do it manually, or move the messages you want
to archive in a different folder and autoarchive that folder with different
settings.

Personally, I'd do it manually.  Add the Modified Date to the view, sort by
it and manually drag/drop the items to the PST I'm archiving to.
