I'm a Help Desk in a small business with 80 users. After installing MS Office 2007 many users have a problem with Outlook 2007. On both desktops and laptops Outlook gets disconnected. I tried flushDNS, ipconfic release and renew, Office diagnostics, Office repair etc but nothing helps. Sometime new Outlook profile helps, sometime does not help. Please advise. Victor Ratush. I am having a very similar problem - Outlook 2007 on Vista is disconnected from our Excahnge 2003 Server. Sometimes it connects and is then disconnected again. I can ping the server and other machines on the network seem to be working OK. Have you checked to see if you have a default gateway in network settings because I found without one outlook 2007 would not see the excange server - put one in worked fine - both under vista and xp > I am having a very similar problem - Outlook 2007 on Vista is disconnected > from our Excahnge 2003 Server.
