Outlook - consistent fields for all folders

I'd like to have the same fields displayed in all of the folders under my
Inbox.  It appears that you have to "design" these for each different folder.
Is there a way to apply a customized set of fields to all folders?  Thanks.

Modify the default Messages view or define your own;
View-> Current View-> Define Views...
