I am running Outlook 2003 and Word 2003. When I use the customize toolbar
menu to make the icons large in Outlook, it changes the icon size in Word as
well. I am unable to separate the two in order to have large icons in Outlook
and small icons in Word. How do I unlink these toolbars?

Thanks,

ES

It's an Office wide setting. Icons in other Office products (Excel,
PowerPoint, etc...) will also be bigger. AFAIK, you cannot change this.

If it's not possible with the customize menu, is there an option somewhere to
allow different sizes in different programs?

Thanks,

ES

No, as I said; it's an Office wide setting.
