I have Outlook 2002 loaded on my Windows XP Machine. When I press the
send/receive button, I get an "Operation Failed" Dialog Box.  But I can go to
the tools pulldown, select send/receive, select each account separately and
my mail downloads just the selected account. Is there anything I can do to
get all off my address to download all at once???

Thanks,
Liftoff1

Sounds like your send/receive settings file (<outlook_profile_name>.SRS) is
corrupted.  Just close Outlook and then use Windows Explorer to
rename/delete the SRS file found at \documents and
settings\<userid>\application data\microsoft\outlook.
