In receiving some emails with images I will get a blank box with a red X
inside a smaller box instead of the image. Is there a setting I need to
change in order to receive the images every time?

In Outlook, go to OPTIONS, select the security tab. Click 'Change Automatic
Download Settings'. Uncheck the 'Dont' download pictures or other content...'
box.

In Outlook, go to the OPTIONS menu. Select the security tab. Click 'Change
automatic download settings'. Uncheck the box that says 'Don't download
pictures or other contenet automatically...'.
