How do I get Outlook to only download my email messages ONE time from the server? I've always kept my messages on the server in the past and Outlook has only downloaded them one time. Now, all of a sudden, Outlook is downloading every message over and over again...each time it does a send/receive. HELP!! Me too having the same problem and mostly from one sender.
