What program opens .pst files copied on a CD?

A co-worker gave me copies of  .pst files that he burned on a CD but I can't
open the files.  How do I open them?

Copy them to a place on your hard disk where you have read/write access and
verify that the Read Only file attribute for the pst-file isn't checked
after copying. Then open Outlook and use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
