Hello everybody,

How can I modify a meeting in Outlook Calendar, when this meeting is after 2
months ?

The general option for all calendar is : publish 2 months of calendar
free/busy information on the server.

I am using Outlook 2002 / Office XP

Thanks

You can simply plan or modify your meeting in the normal way. The only
difference is that you can't see free/busy information on the attendees but
they of course still have the option to accept, decline or propose another
time.
