I have a user with OL2000. When she receives email it is always in text mode
with all html features stripped out. How did she do that and how can I undo
it?
Thanks

Outlook 2000 doesn't have a "read all mai las text" feature. That feature
was added in Outlook 2002. If she's seeing this, it could be an add-in
issue, with something scanning her incoming mail, or a server issue,
perhaps. If, in the Inbox, she right-clicks a message and chooses Options,
can she see the proper headers in the window that appears? Is she using
Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode or Corporate/Workgroup mode?

Thanks Brian, Your post remided me that we had recently updated our remote
access server with OL2003. I had forgotten that and assumed she was using
OL2000 on her local desktop. She was using the remote access and had somehow
gotten into the OL area that allows you to set delivery preferences to Text.
I set it back and all is well.
Thanks

I'm glad you were able to sort it out.
