Originally, I had my computer set for Pacific time. Then I moved to the East Coast, changed the settings on my computer but forgot to change the time zone on my PDA. When I synced the PDA, all of my recurring events now overalap unto two days. I changed the PDA to Eastern time, synced again, but it wont fix the problem. I tried opening an event series and change the time zone, but althogh the "time zones" button is pressed, there is no where to change settings. I can only change "time zones" settings if I open the series as a single event. Please help! My whole calendar is screwed up and I don't know how to fix it. Thank you!!! Are the times on your PDA correct now? If so, I would delete everything in the Calendar in Outlook (if you're worried, create a new Calendar folder and move everything there, just in case), then make sure your Outlook and Windows time zone settings are correct, then sync the PDA with Outlook again. How do I avoid that or how do I make it so that I delete everything in Calendar and impose all data from my PDA Calendar? > Are the times on your PDA correct now? If so, then the handheld entries would overwrite anything on the desktop....it wouldn't really be a sync, more like a copy. Thank you!!! In that case you might want to post to an ActiveSync newsgroup and see if such an option exists. Unfortunately I don't have a Windows Mobile-based PDA and I don't use ActiveSync so I have no idea how it works. Palm's conduits with Outlook (and Chapura PocketMirror's) offer a "Handheld overwrites desktop" option. Then delete partnership and establish it again with normal overwrite coming from both sides.
