I have Outlook set up to look at my web e-mail server every 5 minutes. EVERY time it does an update, it downloads the entire mail box contents - all 500MB+ of data from 2003! How to I change the settings so that Outlook only downloads the data that it hasn't already downloaded? I dont want to delete the mail messages on my web e-mail server once it has downloaded them because then I would have no backup if my PC went belly up. Please HELP!!!!
