Yes, I am in Word 2007 and I am accessing my address book through a command
that I added to the Quick Access Ribbon. I went to the arrow to the right of
the Quick Access Toolbar and just added it through the more commands tab.

And the entry in Contacts in Outlook has the Company Name filled in?

It seems that you need to add the Company Name to the Mailing Address
box.....unless anyone else can tell us different...

In the Business Mailing Address Box, just type the Company Name as the first
line of the address...
