All I get is the name of the person. I added the command for the addressbook
to the Quick Access Commands. But it doesn't have the company name when I
start a letter. How can I get the name of the company as well as the name of
the person?

I presume you are talking about WORD 2007 and not Outlook 2007?

Yes, I am in Word 2007 and I am accessing my address book through a command
that I added to the Quick Access Ribbon. I went to the arrow to the right of
the Quick Access Toolbar and just added it through the more commands tab.

And the entry in Contacts in Outlook has the Company Name filled in?

It seems that you need to add the Company Name to the Mailing Address
box.....unless anyone else can tell us different...

In the Business Mailing Address Box, just type the Company Name as the first
line of the address...
