How do I turn off the 'unread mail' function? Users unread mail is being sent to that folder instead of the inbox. It may have something to do with additional folders created by gfi spam filter.  Signature-tim123 The 'Unread' folder isn't a 'real' folder, it's a search folder that just shows all the unread messages that are in all of your mail folders in your message store.
