Hello,
I am trying to e-mail merge a document which includes a logo and signature,
but when I send it as an HTML, it attaches the signature and logo as a .jpg
file (which I don't want). If I try to send it as a Rich Text, the format of
the document is completely lost and unprintable. How can I e-mail merge a
document without losing the format and including logos without attaching them
as .jpg? Thank you for your help.

Can't answer that until you tell us what version of Office you're using...

I'm using Outlook 2007 and it's working for me, but I don't remember having
any  trouble with this in Outlook 2003 either. How are you inserting the
pictures into the original document in Word?  Are the pictures in the body of
the document or did you put them in the header/footer?
