Office 2003, I selected the tracking options but it doesn"t track

Is this for meeting invitations?  For read or delivery receipts?  Keep in
mind that read receipts aren't supported by some other e-mail service
providers, and if the recipient does get the receipt request, he or she has
the option to deny it, so you wouldn't see it and it wouldn't be recorded on
your sent message.
