email won't send or recieve

I have outlook 2003. it works fine for 2 weeks and then will not send and
recieve. anymore. I fix it by deleting the mail accounts and setting them up
again. it works fine for 2 weeks, then same thing again. any Ideas?

I am using Norton 2007 antivirus OEM.

The FIRST thing to do is to uninstall NAV and to reinstall without the mail
integration feature.
