I have recently updated to Outlook 2007 and received a mail with a hyperlink embedded in it but it does not work in 2007 , it did work in Outlook 2000 , my last version. Can anyone help? IE>tools>internet options>Delete cookies , files and history . >Privacy--- Medium >Programs > Email> Outlook >Programs>Editor >HTML. >Advanced > uncheck the option >Enable third party browser. >Programs >check for IE to be the default browser. Start>run>%temp%. delete all the temp files. Can anyone help? What happens? "Does not work" is rather vague.  SignatureBrian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] In this particular case the actual link is not active at all ( it says click here to respond) and when you move your mouse over the "link" nothing happens , it is almost as though it is jsut text. In Outlook 2000 this same senders email work fine. Hope this helps.
