Hi All,

How do you pull process tree in windows to see what is being used by
outlook?

I dont have AV installed my computer and I cannot completely log out.
I closed outlook and have kill the process from the task manager to
get it closed.

Could it be a server level issue? If so how to determine the fix?

Thanks
Joe

Its usually caused by an addin or something interacting with OL, eg
Fax/Sync/DTS software

Try running and then closing Outlook in Safe Mode (outlook /safe), and
see if it closes properly. If yes, then it's add-ins causing it.
