EZ Anti-Spam? (All email goes to that folder!)

How do I stop this? Of all the annoying things Outlook 2007 is doing
(reverting to prior layouts and settings every time I close, refusing to let
me have multiple email addresses forwarded, etc) the fact that ALL emails are
going to the EZ Spam folder--even the ones whose domains I've marked as safe
and/or put in my address book--is seriously annoying me!

EZ Spam?  It isn't called Junk E-Mail?  If it really is called EZ Spam, it
isn't Outlook moving it.  In fact, you can't actually tell it to move Junk
E-Mail to anything but the Junk E-Mail folder, and you can't rename it, so
if it is really called EZ Spam, you'll need to find the application that's
working in Outlook to do the moving.

As for the other issues, start threads on them and why don't we get them
fixed?  The settings issue sounds like something else is causing problems
too, since Outlook 2k7 keeps all my settings...
