I have users that have added shortcuts to the 'My Shortcuts' bar as well as
creating new bars for shortcuts.  When I upgraded to Outlook 07, I do not see
the customized shortcut bars anywhere.  Is this feature supported?  I looked
at the Navigation Pane and didn't see any of the shortcuts there, either.
Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you.

No.  Outlook 2003 did away with the Outlook Bar.  The only equivalent in
Outlook 2003 and 2007 is the Shortcuts section of the Navigation Pane.  If
you choose to use it, make sure you back up the .XML file it uses regularly,
because it tends to get corrupted.  See
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup2007.asp for locations of Outlook files
in Windows.
