How do I setup my outlook (IE7) for NOT accept mail that dos't have the
correct mailadress?
Many time I get mail that only the first 2-3 characters is correct, the rest
is junk.
So, I wan't to set up my Outlook to only resive mail with reference
mailadresse(s).

Correct in what regard? If you received the message, clearly it was
correctly addressed.

Thank's for your answer.
the "reference mailadresse(s)" = My own mail adresse(s) that I normaly use
for sending and receiving mail.
The anknown mail "spam" is the mail I do wish to get away from my mailbox.

Again, if you received the message, it was addressed to your address. You
could not have received it otherwise.

What version of Outlook? If Outlook 2003 or 2007, try enabling the antispam
filter. If an earlier version, try getting an antispam tool. A decent one
is http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/

I think Brian is having trouble understanding your request.
As I read it, you are trying to filter out SPAM that ends up in your
email inbox even though it appears not to have your email address in
the "To" field. So for instance, if your email is
jeppe@somewhere.net, you're getting email for je222@somewherelese.net.
You can use Outlook's rules wizard (select "Rules" from the "Tools"
menu) to automatically send those emails to some folder you have
created to receive them. Then your inbox will have only emails that
are explicitly addressed to you.
However - be aware that the email address in the "To" field is not
necessarily the same as the address to which the email was sent, so
the rules may not catch everything.

Thank's for your explanation.
Yes! you do understund my problems.
I'm using this function today with whose mail that have the correct and
accepted mail adress. All this mail are automatic transfered to respective
inbox,
f ex, if mr A sends a mail Outlook is transfer this mail to inbox\mrA,
becourse I have create an rule for it. But to create a rule for mail adress
that is uncorrect, will be a full time job.
But the thing is that I need an "filter" to stop all mail that dosn't have
my correct mail adress, and this filter shall stop this SPAM before it
arrives to the inbox.
There is a filter today that takes away a lot of those SPAM, but still,
there is a lot more that passes through this filter.
The best thing is that there is a function (to set enable) so Outlook is
able to automatic control the incoming mail adress with your referenses.
I think this should (for the mean time) solved the SPAM problems, until the
SPAM poeple learn how to bypase this control.
Or could it be so that I do not know how to setup the Outlook for stop/end
this all this abnormes number of SPAM with incorrect mail adress
thank's agian for you quick answer!

You could write a rule that discards all messages not addressed to you in
the "To" field. Use the "where my name is not in the 'To' field" condition.
