Im new on this NG so appologies if this has been asked many times before........here goes...... I have a list of 70 contacts in my email address book and once a week I have to send an email to 40 of them - it's always the same 40 of them ......at the moment im selecting one of them and then BCC for the other 39............each week I go thru this laborious task.. Is there a way of say, once i've selected the 40 people saving it as a te,plate or something... I tried saving it to send later but the massage got save and not the 40 people.
