I am trying to attach my business card to my signature on outgoing emails Great. That's a good idea. Here's a bit of information about how to post questions: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=555375 We don't know which version of Outlook you have, OR what the problem is that you are experiencing! To get you started, in some versions of Outlook you would do it this way: Make a Contacts with your details.
