I'm using Outlook 2003 and I would like to change my print preferences so I
can print emails in draft style.  It keeps telling me I can't do that in
HTML, Is there a way to change this so i can print without opening all
messages as i did in outlook 2000?   Thanks

You cannot print an html message without opening it. Open it and select your
draft printer. Set up your same printer as 2 or more diff printers with diff
settings--such as Draft, Photo, Regular. This makes it easy to print without
having to reset the preferences every time.
