Negative rules

Is there a way to execute a rule on an email that is from someone else other
than...............(fill in the blank). Most likely, this would be replying
with a template if the incoming email is from anyone except...(possibly more
than one person, and yes, they would be in the address book)

Did you examine the exceptions page in the Rules and Alerts wizard?
